EXCHANGE POLICY.
At Richie Sacks we thrive on designing you the most exclusive statement collection pieces that are of great quality. All our garments are carefully made to pre-order.
DEFECTS
Every garment is thoroughly checked before it is sent off.
We do not offer a refunds policy but an exchange policy for defects and damages within the first 7 days for UK customers.
- Send an email to richiesacksofficial@gmail.com stating the garment item name on the site or order number.
- Please provide us with a description or a picture of the defect/damages
- Once we have received your new preferred size we will provide you with the address the garment needs to be sent back to.
- Once we have received your item we will send a replacement out you.
- Please note we reserve the right to refuse any items sent back that have been worn and has had tags removed.
- Item(s) used, washed, or damaged will be sent back to the address listed on your order.
- Please try on the clothes with caution, as we will not accept clothes that have acquired a scent of perfume and/or makeup stains.
SIZING ISSUES
We want everything to fit you perfectly, but we understand that the right size may not always be chosen for this reason we offer an exchange policy for sizing issues within the first 14 days for UK customers.
Please refer to the size chart guide listed on the website description.
- Send us an email at richiesacksofficial@gmail.com stating the garment item name on the site, the size you ordered and the size you would prefer.
- Once we have received your new preferred size we will provide you with the address the garment needs to be sent back to.
- Once we have received your item we will check it has met all our requirements for exchanges and issue you with your preferred size and send this out to you.
- Please note we reserve the right to refuse any items sent back that does not adhere to our exchange policy.
- Item(s) used, washed, or damaged will be sent back to the address listed on your order.
- Please try on garments and accessories with caution, as we will not accept items that have acquired a scent of perfume and/or makeup stains.
If your original choice of item is not in stock we will issue you a Credit Note which can be used within 185 days of your original purchase.
Please note Richie Sacks does not cover any exchange costs, however we will be responsible for the cost of sending back your replacement only.
Please keep proof of all postage documents as Richie Sacks will not be liable for any lost items sent back.

BESPOKE SERVICES
All products and services provided are custom-made to the customer’s individual specifications. This means each order is created uniquely and cannot be resold or reused.
Every item is made specifically for you, all sales are final.
